Missed Session Policy: If you have to miss a session for any reason, you can cancel and reschedule your session within the user portal. If you have a 4, 8 or 12 Session Membership and missed a booked session and were unable, or even forgot, to let us know ahead of time, no worries, reach out to us at info@cartooncoach.ca and we can add a session back to your membership. We want you to take advantage of every session you pay for.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds for memberships. We encourage you to experience Cartoon Coach, first, by choosing the 7-DAY FREE TRIAL option. Make sure Cartoon Coach is the right fit before making a commitment. 

Incorrect Membership selection: If you intended to make a different selection, but have already paid, please reach out to us: info@cartooncoach.ca, and we can assist you in moving to the membership you prefer. 

Pausing a membership: If you must put your membership on hold for any reason; Vacation, Medical Reason, etc..., please reach out to us at info@cartooncoach.ca. We can make arrangements for you to resume your membership at a later date.
